| 02 | School and programme selection 1 — 2 weeks | Based on your profile and goals, we recommend programmes at UWE Bristol and other partner institutions that genuinely match your situation. We explain why we are recommending each one, what entry requirements apply, and what your chances look like. | 03 | Application preparation 2 — 4 weeks | This is where the real work happens. We work through your personal statement, reference requirements, academic transcripts, and every supporting document needed for a strong application. Nothing goes in without our review. | 04 | Visa application and processing 4 — 8 weeks | Once you have a conditional or unconditional offer, we move into visa preparation — the stage where most people run into trouble without proper support. We prepare your entire visa file, from the CAS letter to financial documentation to interview coaching where required. | 05 | Pre-departure and accommodation 2 — 4 weeks before travel | A visa is not the finish line. We prepare you for the realities of arriving in Bristol — what to pack, what to expect at the border, how to set up your bank account and National Insurance number, and critically, where you will live. Through our partnership with Babatunde Agbososa and B&O Sasa Global Ltd, we arrange your UK accommodation before you board the flight. You do not land and figure it out.
